Mine Özgen combines her painting practice with visual arts teaching and the education of gifted students.

Biography

Born in İzmir, Mine Özgen is an artist known for her TÜAB works and an educator specializing in gifted students. She studied in the Painting Department of Ondokuz Mayıs University’s Faculty of Fine Arts and began working as a visual arts teacher after graduation. She completed a master’s degree at İstanbul Gelişim University with a thesis titled “The Importance of Visual Arts Education in Talent Development.” She has participated in national and international art fairs and exhibitions and served on research teams for scientific, cultural, and artistic projects conducted in many countries. She has also presented papers at numerous symposia, workshops, and conferences on the education of intellectually gifted and talented students.
